Ulf-Henrik Svensson, CEO since 2009

Mr. Svensson joined EOS Russia AB when it was set up in 2007 and served as CFO until November 2009. Before joining EOS Russia, Mr. Svensson held several positions at Swedish Match, including Director of Business Control at North Europe Division in Sweden and Division Controller at Swedish Match Continental Europe Division in the Netherlands.

He holds a BA degree in Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics and also studied various courses in Law.

Mr. Svensson has 10 000 shares in EOS AB.

Christian Dyckner, Head of Risk and Compliance since 2008

Mr. Dyckner is Head of Risk and Compliance of EOS AB. Mr. Dyckner started his career at Deutsche Bank in London, working several years for the Strategic Equity Transactions Group, where he was responsible for structuring and marketing equity derivatives to corporate clients covering the whole of Europe including emerging markets such as Russia. After this Mr. Dyckner took up a position at the European Central Bank in Frankfurt, working with financial architecture.

Before joining EOS Russia, Mr. Dyckner worked at the Swedish Tax agency in Stockholm.

He holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics from Stockholm School of Economics, Sweden and a Swedish Master of Laws from Stockholm University, Sweden.
